When you use the site form, we may receive:

• phone number (needed to reach you)
• email address (if provided)
• interest (Homes or HoReCa)
• message / project details
• selected site language

3. Why we process data

We process this data to respond to your requests, prepare quotes, and communicate about PrimEva services.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering commercial enquiries and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps at your request.

4. How long we keep data

We keep form messages as long as needed to handle the request and related correspondence, typically up to 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law or a legitimate interest (for example an ongoing project).

5. Who we share data with

Form data is emailed to our work inbox and may pass through technical email providers (SMTP / Resend) and hosting (Vercel).

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for automated marketing without your consent.

6. Cookies

The site uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage — for example language preference and acknowledgement of the cookie notice.

We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies that require extra consent. If we introduce them, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

7. Your rights

Under applicable Moldovan law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, and object to certain processing.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, limited inbox access). No internet transmission is 100% secure.
